We are very happy to announce the launch of AVUXI’s new platform for TopPlace™ Location Context products!

You may not have heard about us lately and there is a good reason why. It has been months of intense work, listening to our clients, learning, analyzing, building and testing.

How do TopPlace™ Location products help our clients?

The saying “Location, Location, Location” comes from the fact that location is the top criteria that defines the desirability and pricing of Accommodation and Real Estate properties. However, there is often very little meaningful location information displayed on listing websites. This usually happens because it takes a lot of time and work to collect all the necessary location data, process it, extract the relevant elements and then convert them into a usable, easy to understand product.

With TopPlace™ every listed property can be accompanied with essential location context. Maps, areas of interest, nearby points of interest, location scores and a brief description of the location can be added “auto-magically”, with a quick and simple “copy-paste” integration.

Why launch a new platform when there is a good one already in place?

Once we took a decision to expand to other segments beyond Travel, we needed a more flexible, future proof platform. Things change fast in the software space and there’s new technologies that have proven to be very efficient. After careful consideration, we decided to leverage the latest tech advances to make our system significantly more scalable, flexible and cost efficient.  Now we can release and manage new products faster, as well as produce bespoke products upon request.

What are the main differences between the platforms?

1. New Products – more product options will be available on the new platform, catering to more use cases and market segments.

2. More Flexibility – more customization options for most products offered via the new platform, allowing for a better fit.

3. New Free Tier – there is now a free tier that allows to try and use our products at no cost for as long as needed.

4.  New Pricing – the new pricing structure is different from that used in our legacy platform (TopPlace™ for Travel), but more similar to the market standard. We moved away from a pricing per unique user to a pricing per product load.

5.  Total Privacy – the new platform products don’t use cookies at all, thus there is no need to worry about updating GDPR compliance boilerplates etc.

What are the benefits of using the new platform?

We are very focused on catering to our clients needs and act accordingly. The benefits of using the new TopPlace™ platform are:

Is there any changes for our existing clients?

There is no changes for existing clients using the legacy platform (TopPlace™ for Travel). The first products on the new platform are oriented towards the online Real Estate and Business Intelligence segments, but we will be adding more products bi-weekly. Eventually all of AVUXI’s TopPlace™ products (including those for Travel), will be available on the new platform.
